The learned counsel for the petitioner assails the order dated 28.04.2015 passed below Exhibit 29 in Chang Report No. 1415 of 1996. By the impugned order the proceedings in Change Report No. 1415 of 1996 are stayed still disposal of proceedings bearing No. 1709 of 2011 and 296 of 2012.

Mr. Dixit, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that, the Change Report Proceedings No. 1709 of 2011 and 296 of 2012 are already decided.

In the light of the said statement, the order passed below Exhibit 29 now itself comes to an end and there would be no impediment to dispose of the Change Report No. 1415 of 1996. The same be decided expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months from the date of receipt of this order. With aforesaid observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. [ K.
