The Petitioner seeks to question the recruitment process of Anganwadi Sevika and the letter dated 18.04.2022, issued by the Child Development Project Officer, Integrated Child Development Services, by which she has been disqualified.

The Petitioner has a statutory remedy available by approaching the Additional Deputy Commissioner for questioning all issues pertaining to the selection process of Anganwadi Sevika / Workers.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to avail of the remedy as is permissible. The time spent by the Petitioner in this Court from 06.06.2022 till the passing of this order, would be a good ground for condonation of delay.
