The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that since the review application filed by the petitioner is pending before the Chair Person of respondent No.1, he desires to pursue the said application. It is, therefore, submitted that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw this petition and pursue the review application.

In the light of the statement made on instructions, this petition is disposed of, as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his review application.
