The writ petitions filed by the State, so also review applications have been dismissed. The writ petitions were filed against the order of Industrial Court. The amount is deposited by the State in the said proceedings before this Court. Vide the present applications, the applicant seeks transfer of the said amount to the Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Latur. 2.
Mr. Mundada, the learned counsel for non applicants submits that, the non applicants will have no objection to the transfer of amount to the Industrial Court as there would be change in the quantum of the amount to be payable, in view of the contention of the present applicant itself that some of the employees had joined after 1981.

The same would not be a subject matter of contention in present applications. The Registry shall transmit the amount deposited by the non applicants herein to the Industrial Court, Latur. The applicant may apply to the Industrial Court, Latur for withdrawal of the amount or take such steps as is permissible in law. The non applicants herein may make their submissions before the Industrial Court regarding withdrawal of amount or otherwise. The civil applications stand disposed of. [ S. V.
