is also dismissed. Misc. Civil Application has been dismissed. Still the execution proceedings are not being taken up to its logical end.

The learned A.G.P. on instruction submits that subject to the objection that may be received and interim orders if any passed, the authorities would endeavor to take up the proceedings of the petitioners and complete it within two months.

We accept the statement made on behalf of the authorities by the learned A.G.P.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the parties may approach to the authorities concerned and the authorities would deal with the proceedings in accordance with law expeditiously and as per the statement made.
