According to the petitioner in the panchanama name of the petitioner as owner of land gut No. 95 situated at village Nanda Tanda is mentioned, but in the section 4 notification name of the petitioner does not appear.

The petitioner has not placed on record the Section 4 notification to substantiate that his name is not appearing, nor the petitioner can confidently say that the possession is taken from him.

The petition is bereft of all the details. In absence of details, it would not be possible to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

The petitioner, if, he can lay his hands on the documents, such as notification, award and compensation of the land not being paid, the area of the petitioner's land affected, then the petitioner may agitate afresh.
