The Applicants pray for liberty to deposit the yearly rent in this Court. The contesting Respondent No.1(a) has yet not filed the reply. Nevertheless, the Respondent No.1(a) opposes the said request. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. The Applicants are allowed to deposit the said amount of Rs.8400/- in this Court within a period of THREE WEEKS from today. Needless to state, same shall be subject to the rights and contentions of the rival sides.
