1] The present Civil Application is filed to condone the delay of 52 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. 2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that earlier Writ Petition was filed by the applicants against the impugned order and that the writ court permitted the applicants to convert the Writ Petition into Civil Revision Application. In the process, delay of 52 days has occurred in filing the present Civil Revision Application and that the delay caused in filing the Civil Revision Application is not intentional and deliberate act. The learned counsel submits that considering the aforesaid facts, the present Civil Application may be allowed.

3.23CRA 3] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, Civil Application is disposed of.

4] List Civil Revision Application No.03 of 2023 on 25th August, 2023.

5] The applicants to remove all office objections before next date.
