This petition takes exception to the interse communication between the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded addressed to the President / Secretary, Adarsh Vidhyalaya Shikshan Samiti, Manatha, Tq. Hadgaon, Dist. Nanded. We have carefully perused contents of the said interse communication.

5808.15wp In the light of paragraphs 12 to 14 of the judgment dated 8th April, 2015 in Writ Petition No.11297 of 2014 (Adarsh Vidhyalaya Shikshan Samiti, Manatha, Tq.

Hadgaon, Dist. Nanded Vs. the State of Maharashtra and others), in our considered opinion, the communication issued by the Education Officer, which is challenged in this petition is the consequence of the order passed by this Court in the aforementioned writ petition. We do not see any reason to entertain this petition.

Hence, the writ petition stands rejected.
