ORAL ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, this petition challenges an order passed on 21/11/2014, which provided for an interim arrangement and thereafter, by the order passed on 8/2/2017, the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division has rendered a finding that now Rs.1,92,000/- is the amount which is recoverable against the Judgment Debtor. He submits that, because of the subsequent order, the petitioner is desirous to challenge the subsequent order and as such, this petition could be disposed of as not pressed.

The petition stands dismissed as not pressed with liberty to challenge the subsequent order.
