This Civil Application is filed for seeking addition as Respondent Nos.5 to 7 in the Writ Petition.

The learned Advocate for the original Petitioner submits that since the parties have entered into a settlement, the terms of settlement would be filed on the next date and addition of the present Applicants as Respondent Nos.5 to 7 can be permitted.

The Civil Application is allowed. Addition be carried out within TWO WEEKS from today.

The parties are at liberty to place the settlement terms on record.

Writ Petition No.10499/2015 shall stand over to 11.10.2017 for passing orders.
