The validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claims of the petitioners are pending with the committee.

The petitioner No. 1 has submitted the proposal for validation in September 2020. The petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 have submitted the proposals for validation only in the month of June 2021. 3.

We cannot approve such a lethargy and laxity on the part of petitioner Nos. 2 to 4. The petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 at eleventh hour filed proposals for validation and now are rushing to the Court seeking directions

2 53-wp 7033-2021.odt against the committee to decide the tribe claims of the petitioners within the stipulated period.

The petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 themselves have to blame for the delay caused in submitting the proposals.

Considering the fact that, all the petitioners are exploring possibility of admission to the professional course by appearing in the NEET examination, the committee, if it is possible may endeavour to decide the validation proceedings by the end of August 2021. 6.

The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 05.07.2021.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
