Petitioner is praying for issuance of direction to respondents to determine the amount of compensation in respect of acquired well. It is not a matter of dispute that the land belonging to petitioner has been acquired and an award determining the amount of compensation in respect of the land has been declared. It was open for the petitioner to tender application seeking reference of the matter to the Civil Court for determining amount of compensation for the well, which, according to petitioner, has not been determined.

In view availability of alternate remedy for redressal of the grievance of petitioner, no interference, in exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is warranted. Writ petition stands
