The application is filed for transfer of H.M.P. No.56 of 2014 presently pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Udgir, District Latur. The proceeding is filed by the Respondent, husband for divorce. Notice was duly served on the husband but nobody is turned up. Heard learned counsel for the wife.

It is the case of the wife that she is required to take care of daughter aged about 2 years and she is working in Nanded as Nurse. It is her case that she will be required to travel the distance of 130 Kms. for going to

-:(2):- Udgor and for that she will be required to take one attendant also. It is her case that she is required to take care of her parents and so she will not be able to contest the matter for divorce effectively. In view of the aforesaid contentions of the wife and as the husband has not turned up to oppose the application, the application is allowed.

Hindu Marriage Petition No.56 of 2014 presently pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Udgir is hereby withdrawn from that Court ans it is transferred to the Family Court at Nanded. The new Court to, if the husband does not appear before it, issue notice to him on Court motion.
