By the present application, applicant - State is seeking stay to the impugned award passed by the reference Court, pending hearing and final disposal of the First Appeal.

On condition of deposit of entire amount under the award passed by the reference Court, together with interest, in this Court, within a period of 08 (eight) weeks from today, the operation and execution of the award passed by the reference Court on 07.08.2013 in L.A.R. No. 239/2008, shall stand stayed.
