Perused the pleadings in the Petition and prayers made therein. It appears that, the proposal submitted by the petitioner was for the academic year 2013-2014 for opening Marathi Medium Middle school on the basis of policy of Self Finance under the Maharashtra Self Financed Schools (Establishment and Regulations) Act, 2012.
