We have heard Mr. Vitthal G. Salgare, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant / Additional Government Pleaders for the respondents/State in respective matters. 2.
The parties are ad-idem that the present matters are covered by the Judgment of Division Bench of this Court passed in the case of Savitribai Narsayya Guddapa Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors., reported in 2014 (6) Mh.L.J., 438.

In the light of above, the present Writ Petitions are also disposed of in terms of the Judgment of this Court passed in case of Savitribai Narsayya Guddapa Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors (supra).

The decision shall be taken by the respondents within three months in tune with the Judgment of this Court in case of Savitribai Narsayya Guddapa Vs. State of Maharashtraand Ors (supra).
