Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioners are assailing the order dated 18.11.2021 passed by Respondent No. 3- the Assistant Registrar, Co-Operative Societies, Pachora, Tq. Pachora, District Jalgaon whereby authorized officer was appointed to look after the affairs of the Society. The petitioners are also assailing the show cause notice dated 11.04.2022 issued by Respondent No. 3- the Assistant Registrar, CoOperative Societies, Pachora, Tq. Pachora, District Jalgaon, whereby an inquiry was initiated.

The learned AGP placed on record the order dated 12.08.2025, pursuant which a Committee came to be appointed and therefore, challenge to the order dated 18.11.2021 does not survive. The notice dated 11.04.2022 was issued under Section 88 of the Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960 read with Rule 72 (2) of

984wp5958.22 the Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1961 to the petitioners for affording them an opportunity to submit their reply. Therefore, the challenge to the said show cause notice is at premature stage and the petitioners are required to submit their reply to the said show cause notice.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of by keeping all the issues open.

The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the order dated 12.08.2025.
