Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that, in the order dated 24.10.2024, this Court passed order. However, in clause No. (iv) of the operative order, the word of such fixed deposits shall be Pooja Kale 1/2

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // CA 11643 of 2024 credited "quarterly" to the account of the applicants "through the next friend" for withdrawal needs to be substituted. He also submits that, the roman serial numbers given in operative part of order be replaced as (iii) instead of (iv) and (iv) instead of (iii). 4.

In that view of the matter, the aforesaid words i.e. such fixed deposits shall be credited "every quarterly" to the account of the applicants "through the next friend" be added and as aforesaid the numbers given as (iii) instead of (iv) and (iv) instead of (iii) be corrected in operative part of the order passed by this Court on 24.10.2024 and fresh order be uploaded.

Corrections be made accordingly.
