1-sa.366.2014 concerned plots are being purchased by the Grampanchayat under the terms of compromise. The Grampanchayat will not get right, title and interest in the suit land unless the decree is registered. 2.

The compromise is endorsed. The appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise, provided the decree is registered with the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar. 3.
