Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in the present mater the acquiring body has deposited only 55 per cent of the amount of the impugned award. The applicants are seeking withdrawal of the said amount.

Shri Surwase, learned Counsel appearing for the acquiring body does not dispute the fact stated by the Counsel for the applicant that the acquiring body has deposited only 55 per cent of the amount of the award under challenge. In view of the above, following order is passed:

ORDER
