It is stated that the proposal is forwarded by the Headmaster of the school seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as a 'Shikshan Sevak'. However, the same is not yet decided.

In case the proposal filed by the petitioner (Exhibit - C) is pending with the respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall take decision on it in accordance with law and policy expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months. The petitioner shall communicate this order to respondent No. 2. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
