The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.240 of 2021 registered with MIDC Police Station, District Jalgaon for the offence punishable under Section 302, 392, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The Hon'ble Supreme Court has granted bail to the similarly situated co-accused. Hence, the applicant deserve parity. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Sudhakar Ramlal Patil, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with the above
