The learned counsel submitted pursis mentioning that, as per the order dated 10.08.2023 passed by this Court, the applicants have filed the application as mentioned in clause VIII of the aforesaid order before the Wakf Board for formulating a scheme in regard to Management of the Trust and for day to day managing the affairs of the Trust.

2. Under the said order, the Wakf Board has undertaken to decide such application so filed within six months from its date.

The copy of application is also annexed along with the

In view of the same, the present Civil Revision Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
