Having regard to the grounds of objections raised by the Insurance Company in exception to the impugned judgment and award and considering the averments in the application for withdrawal of the amount, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 1.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw a sum of (2) CA NO.7330 of 2017 Rs.30,00,000/- ( Rs. thirty lakhs) on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Tribunal at Nanded. As requested by the Counsel for the claimants, the amount of Rs.30,00,000 (Rs. thirty lakhs) permitted to be withdrawn by the claimants, shall be transmitted to the Tribunal at Nanded, so as to facilitate withdrawal of the said amount by the claimants.

The balance amount be invested in any nationalized Bank initially for a period of two years and if so required, for further period till disposal of the appeal.
