Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 8th May, 2015, the respondent, who is mother of the child, namely Sanskruti, has admitted her to Genius Public School, which according to Mr Surve, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, is not recognized. He makes a reasonable submission that the child could be admitted with a school which is affiliated to CBSE Board. He further submits that the applicant shall make every effort to get admission of the child in a school at Nanded conducting CBSE studies and shall also bear all the expenses in relation to the admission, education of the child and conveyance.

The proposal made by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant appears to be reasonable, which is not objected by respondent-mother. In view of above, the applicant is at liberty to take such steps.

Mr A.R. Rathod, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, upon instructions, agrees to extend all co-operation in the above referred process of admission.

With the above referred observations, Civil Application stands disposed of.
