The petition is filed seeking directions against the learned Civil Judge to decide R.C.S. No.69/2014 expeditiously.

We do not have anything before us to conclude as to the Authority responsible for delay. The petitioner also cannot point out the stage of the proceeding which is pending.

We would refrain from passing orders in absence of available material, however, considering that the Suit is pending since the year 2014, the petitioner may request the Trial Judge to decide the Suit expeditiously. The Trial Judge would consider the application of the petitioner

(2) 22-wp-1784-2021 considering the long pendency of the Suit and take effective steps.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
