The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that objection is taken to the seniority by filing representation on 2/8/2017. The same is not decided by the Education Officer. The learned AGP for respondents 1 and 2 submits that the Education Officer will deal with the same as per Rule 12 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private School (Condition of Service) Rules, 1981.

2] In case the representation/Petition of the petitioner (Exh.P8,page 27) with regard to the seniority list is pending with the Education Officer then the Officer shall take decision on its own merits after hearing all parties concerned preferably within five months.

3] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
