The petitioners are challenging the ad interim injunction granted by the trial court in a suit filed by the respondents. 3.

I have heard the learned advocate for the petitioners. The impugned order only grants an ad-interim relief, the life of which is coterminus with the decision on the application for temporary injunction (Exh.5). This was an order passed on 20 November 2021 and in the circumstances, it would be appropriate to expect from the trial court to decide the application (Exh.5) finally on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible. 4.

Writ petition is dismissed.
