The petition is against an order passed by the Hon'ble Minister, Social and Justice, Maharashtra State dated 27.04.2022. The main ground of challenge is that the Hon'ble Minister has not assigned any reason while passing the impugned order. On going through the order, it is seen that the conclusion is not recorded and only by recording submissions of the parties, the order is passed.

This Court finds that in view of this it will be proper to remand the matter for fresh hearing by the Hon'ble Minister.

Hence, the petition is partly allowed. The impugned order is set aside. Respondent No.2 - the Hon'ble Minister is requested to give fresh hearing to the parties and pass reasoned order within three months. Till then no action adverse to the petitioner be taken.
