It is a motion made for speaking to minutes in respect of order dated 5.2.2021.

This Civil Application no.6274 of 2020 for withdrawal of amount and Civil Application No.6275 of 2020 for bringing legal heirs of applicant on record came to be allowed vide order dated 5.2.2021. 3.

Mrs Sontakke, learned Advocate for applicants points out that the names of applicants no.3 and 5 were shown according to heirship certificate issued by the Grampanchayat, Jamalpur, Taluka Ausa, District Latur. However, the names of applicant no.3 and 5 as appearing on Aadhar Cards is little but different. The name of applicant no.3 as per Aadhar Card is 'Kavita Dhanaji Mane' and name of applicant no.5 is 'More Minakshi Khandu'. Mrs Sontakke also invited my attention to copies of Aadhar Cards and seeks leave to correct the names of applicants no.3 and 5.

Mr S.P. Deshmukh, learned A.G.P. for respondents no.1 and 2 and Mr M.C. Swami, learned Advocate for respondent no.3/acquiring body have no objections to correct the names of applicants no.3 and 5 on the basis of Aadhar Cards.

Having considered the submissions of Mrs Sontakke, learned Advocate for applicants, Mr S.P. Deshmukh, learned A.G.P. for respondents no.1 and 2 and Mr M.C. Swami, learned Advocate for respondent no.3/acquiring body and looking to the small correction in the names, the prayer needs to be allowed.

ORDER

(i) The learned Advocate for the applicants is permitted to correct the names of applicants no.3 and 5 in the title clause of Civil Application no.6274 and Civil Application No.6275 of 2020 in First Appeal no.3303 of 2018. (ii) The appellant/acquiring body shall also make necessary corrections in the names of applicants no.3 and 5 in appeal memo. (iii) The motion stands disposed of.
