The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from the unaided category to the aided category on 30/06/2020. The proposal seeking approval is pending with respondent No.2 since 12/01/2021.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the proposal on it's merits, on or before 21/10/2022 and communicate the order to the Management respondent No.3 as well as the petitioner, within three weeks thereafter.
