It is submitted that, though this Court had passed the order on 27th April, 2018, thereby directing the respondent-Committee to decide the proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within four weeks from the date of such order, the same is not yet decided. It is further submitted that, the hearing is already concluded and the matter is reserved for orders.

Mr Patil, the learned AGP submits that, the matter was not traceable with the committee. The notice seems to have been issued
