Petitioner is challenging the order dated 27/04/2012 passed by respondent no.1, thereby allowing the objection of petitioner and directing respondent authorities to include name of petitioner in final voters list of respondent No.5 Bank. 2.

Learned advocate for respondent No.5 has pointed out that by order dated 14/03/2015 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Latur Division, Latur, respondent No.5 Bank was de-registered, which is confirmed by the order dated 02/12/2020 passed by the Minister for Cooperation and Marketing, State of Maharashtra. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. Learned advocate for petitioner also agrees with this fact. Writ petition is, therefore, disposed of as infructuous. (MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.) SVH
