PER COURT:- 1.

Mr. Bramhe, learned counsel for petitioner submits that out of 10 teachers directed to be absorbed, the petitioner has absorbed 5 teachers. The order directing to absorb some of the teachers was taken back by the Education Officer. The petitioner is ready to approach the Education Officer and put forth his stand with regard to the absorption of the surplus teachers.

This Court under order dated December 15, 2020 had directed the learned A.G.P. to take instructions.

The learned A.G.P. submits that as yet instructions are not received by him.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner 19 vacancies exists in the petitionerInstitution. They want to fill in the vacancies. Naturally, the question of surplus teachers also will have to be considered. The Education Officer would be the best person to consider the same. 5.

In light of that, the petitioner shall appear before the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar on 15.07.2021. The Education Officer shall consider the position of the surplus teachers, the contention of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders with regard to the absorption of surplus teachers and/or request of the petitioner for filling in posts. The same shall be done preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 6.

Writ Petitions, accordingly disposed of.

No costs.

In view of disposal of Writ Petitions, civil application stands disposed of.
