Mr. Bade Patil, learned counsel, on instructions, submits that Tribe Claim of the petitioner has been decided by the Committee. 2.

We have heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

As the Tribe Claim of the petitioner has already been decided, prayer clause 'A' becomes redundant. As far as prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' are concerned, same would be dependent upon the judgment delivered by the Committee. Upon getting copy of the judgment delivered by the Committee, the petitioner may take further course of action with regard to other prayer clauses. 4.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
