The petitioners have challenged the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Ahmednagar, Division Ahemadnagar, in R.T.S. No. 261 of 2016 thereby remanding the Rasta case No. 21 of 2016 to the Tahsildar, Newasa. 2.

Though the matter is remanded way back in the year 2017, admittedly till date the matter is yet not finally decided.

In the peculiar facts of the case, without going into Pooja K.

{2} 7-WP-7839-2017 the merits of the matter, Tahsildar, Newasa is directed to decide the Rasta case No. 21 of 2016 expeditiously. The parties shall appear before the Tahsildar, Newasa on 4th July, 2022. Tahsildar shall decide the matter within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the parties. 4.
