Mr. Girase, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the proposal with regard to payment of rent of the school building is forwarded and pending with the Social Welfare Department. However, no decision is taken by the Social Welfare department on the same.

In the light of above, we pass the following order:- I.

The Social Welfare department shall take decision on the proposal with regard to the payment of rent of school building (Exh. F) expeditiously and preferably within four months.

If the same is decided in favour of the petitioners, then the respondents shall take steps for release of requisite payment to the petitioners, within four weeks thereafter. III.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
