Learned APP submits that the charge-sheet is already filed, but it appears that a copy of the charge-sheet has not been placed on record and the applicant has not carried out the amendment. It is further submitted that a non-bailable warrant has now been issued against the applicant.

In view of the fact that a non-bailable warrant has been issued, and also the fact that after 24.07.2019, the matter was not circulated at any point of time till today. In such circumstances, we do not want to exercise our inherent powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in favour of a person who is not abiding by the law.
