CA/9419/2023, CA/9417/2023, CA/9415/2023, CA/9413/2023, CA/9411/2023 and CA/9409/2023 are filed to bring on record legal heirs of deceased original claimants. For the reasons stated in the
CA 9406-2023 application, said applications are allowed and disposed of. The appellants to carry out necessary amendment within a period of two weeks.
DELAY CONDONATION APPLICATION :

CA/9406/2023,CA/9420/2023, CA/9423/2023, CA/9422/2023, CA/9418/2023, CA/9416/2023, CA/9414/2023, CA9412/2023, CA/9410/2023, 9408/2023 and CA/9421/2023 are filed for condonation of delay of 7771 days caused in filing appeals, which appears to be caused due to poor financial condition of the appellants/applicants.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that in the identical fact situation matters arising out of the same acquisition, this Court by order dated 19/10/2022 has condoned the delay in CA/ 4383/2021 in FAST/7979/2021 with other connected matters. 5.
In view of the same, the benefit of the order of this Court dated 19/10/2022 is also given to the present applicants. The delay in filing the appeals are condoned subject to the condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the said delay period. 6.
All appeals are Admitted subject to removal of office objections and necessary amendment within a period of four weeks. 7.
After admission, the learned AGP waives service of notice on
CA 9406-2023 behalf of respondents-State.

The learned Advocate for the appellants submits that the connected matters are settled before the Lok-Adalat. Liberty to mention these matters before this Court for circulation before the Lok-Adalat.
