During the pendency of this appeal, parties had arrived at amicable settlement and filed consent terms on record which were marked "X" for identification.

Vide order dated 24.04.2024, this Court had sent the aforesaid consent terms for verification through the parties to learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Accordingly, the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court submitted report dated 24.04.2024, according to which it appears that the parties have voluntarily entered into consent terms and also admitted the contents.

In view of the same, the aforesaid consent terms,
