Civil Application Nos.5397/2025, 5396/2025 and 5404 of 2025 are filed by the appellant/ acquiring body seeking extension of time to deposit the cheques as directed by order dated 08.02.2024.

It is submitted that by order dated 08.02.2024, this Court had granted interim stay to the execution of the impugned
*3* judgments and awards on the condition of the appellant depositing the entire amount of compensation within six weeks from the date of the order. It is submitted that although time was granted for deposit of the cheques, however, in view of compliance of official procedure and due to non availability of funds, the cheques could not be deposited within the time granted by this Court. It is, therefore, submitted that now the cheques are ready and can be deposited within the extended time. 3.
Learned advocate for the respondents/ claimants has no objection.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the Civil Applications and the submissions advanced, time to deposit the cheques is extended by one week. The Civil Application seeking extension of time are disposed of.

In view of deposit of the entire amounts, interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date. 6.
Stand over to 18.07.2025.
