Shri Patil, learned Advocate for the Respondent, submits that this Court has delivered the judgment on 14.06.2018 in Writ Petition No.2699/2003 and connected matters (The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon vs. Dayaram Shankar Jadhav and others). He places on record the Government Resolution dated 08.12.2017 issued by the State Government including the name of the present Respondent at Sr.No.7 in

*2* 923wp1649o03 the Annexure-A. He, therefore, submits that this writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court dated 14.06.2018 and Government Resolution dated 08.12.2017.

The copy of the Government Resolution dated 08.12.2017 is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. Considering the above, this Writ Petition stands partly allowed for the reasons set out in the judgment dated 14.06.2018 and in view of the Government Resolution dated 08.12.2017. Needless to state, the directions issued by this Court in the said judgment dated 14.06.2018 shall equally apply to this Respondent. Rule is made partly absolute in the above terms. The pending Civil Application No.7266/2018 does not survive and stands disposed of.
