Mr. Golegaonkar, learned counsel submits that the petitioner is an elected member of the Gram Panchayat from the reserved category. The validation proceeding is pending since 20th November, 2020. Within one year the petitioner is required to submit the validity certificate. The respondent Committee is not deciding the proceeding. Issue notice to Respondents.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 30th July, 2021. Considering the fact that the petitioner is required to submit validity within one year as contended by the petitioner, the Committee
