After hearing learned counsel for the parties, it transpires that recognition to represent legitimately as National Sports Federation by the Central Government of India is for a calendar year and since the calendar year 2019 is coming to end, selection process to represent for next calendar year, would be undertaken soon. 2.
In the circumstances, the petition has lost out on its efficacy in respect of order impugned in present writ petition. 3.
However, the concerned authority may proceed with the

In view of the same, present writ petition is disposed of. 5.
In view of disposal of the writ petition, all the pending civil applications stands disposed of.
