This petition is arising out of the proceedings under Section 22 of Maharashtra Public Trust Act, bearing Inquiry no. 417 of 2013. The grievance of the petitioner is that the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner has not still considered application Exhibit 8. The enquiry no. 8 is still pending.

This petition is disposed of with a direction to learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Nandurbar, to consider and decide Exhibit 8 on its own merits.
