ORDER :- 1.

Heard both the sides. Seen the communication of the State Government, concerned department dated 10.03.2010. It appears that though the proposal of the present petitioner was submitted in the year 2004, subsequently in December-2008 some new Bal Gruhas were sanctioned by the Government under the said project. But after that no such sanction was given and the Government was reconsidering the project. The communication shows that after formation of new scheme or project and after taking policy decision, the Government can take decision if any new proposal is received.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has information that now some scheme is framed, new scheme has come in existence. In that case the petitioner will be entitled to make new proposal and if there is such project in existence, the respondent is to consider it as per the conditions of the said Scheme. If the Scheme is in existence and a proposal is made, after receipt of the proposal, it is to be decided within six months.
