This application is preferred to bring the legal representatives of respondent No.5 on record, who is reported to be dead.

The application is supported by a copy of death certificate of respondent No.5 and death certificate of Maruti Ghule, the son of deceased respondent No.5 - Dagadu. The proposed respondent Nos.5-A - Ravindra Ghule is stated to be the legal representative of deceased respondent No.5 - Dagadu, being a grandson.

In view of averments in the application, the application deserves to be allowed.

The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

The petitioners are permitted to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent No.5 on record. 06.

The necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks.

Issue notice to newly impleaded respondent No. 5-A, returnable four weeks' thereafter.

The petitioners are at liberty to serve the newly impleaded respondent No.5-A by private service and file affidavit of service.

The Civil Application accordingly stands disposed of.
