Learned counsel for the applicants states that in this matter and in connected matters only 25% of the amount under the impugned award has been deposited. The claimants-applicants in the connected matters have already been permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount under the impugned awards therein that was deposited in this Court. He, therefore, seeks withdrawal of the entire amount in deposit i.e. 25% of the impugned award with interest accrued thereon.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel, application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount under the impugned award i.e. entire amount which has been deposited in this Court, alongwith interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
