The petitioner seeks direction to decide the miscellaneous civil application filed for restoration of the suit bearing No. 365/2015, expeditiously.

The petitioner shall request the Trial Court where the restoration petition is pending for decision of the same expeditiously. The Trial Court shall consider the request of the petitioner on it's own merits and shall also consider that the restoration petition is pending since the year 2015. 3.

If after filing of the application for deciding the restoration petition expeditiously, the Trial Judge does not dispose of the restoration petition within reasonable time then the petitioner may approach this Court.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
